It’s hard to advise on this, but I recommend ‘as often as needed to keep it tidy and smelling fresh’. It’s easier to clean your oven if there isn’t too much dirty build-up in there, so keep that in mind. Give the inside of your oven a quick wipe after each use, and you’ll reduce the frequency of ‘big cleans’.
