2In all the years that I have been trying to take my eggs on the road with me or come up with a new and creative way to make them at home this never occurred to me at all. In fact, I’m seriously impressed with this method, especially because in the end it makes a delicious omelet! I never even tried making omelets before because I didn’t like the mess that it created. However, with this method there is no way to mess this up. It taught me something that I never knew and that is why I love this video so much.
